7. Cancellations

8. Waiting time and delays

9. Vehicle availability
We aim to provide the agreed vehicle type or a suitable alternative. In some cases, due to availability, operational reasons or unexpected vehicle issues, we may need to provide a replacement vehicle of similar or suitable capacity.
10. Passenger behaviour
Passengers must behave safely and respectfully during the journey. We reserve the right to refuse travel or end a journey if passenger behaviour creates a safety risk, causes damage, is abusive, illegal or puts the driver, passengers or vehicle at risk.
11. Luggage and personal belongings
Customers should tell us about luggage requirements before booking, especially for airport transfers, tours and long-distance journeys.
Passengers are responsible for their own personal belongings. We are not responsible for loss or damage unless caused by our negligence.
12. Food, drink and vehicle cleanliness
Food and drink may be restricted depending on the vehicle and journey. Customers may be responsible for cleaning costs if passengers leave the vehicle in an unreasonable condition or cause damage.
13. Safety
